SHIPPING POLICY

For Indian wear ensembles / Saree's, lehenga's etc :

Most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from purchase pending availability and credit verification, as all our pieces are made to order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-4 business days of its ship date. The same applies to international orders. 

For Western wear ensembles / Spring-summer collection (Dresses, co-ords etc) :

Most of our orders are shipped within 12 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification, as all our pieces are made to order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-4 business days of its ship date. The same applies to international orders. 

 

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Since all our garments are made to order, we have a strict no-return policy. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us on labelrakhi.work@gmail.com and we will assist you with the same. In the event that you face a sizing issue, we can either process an exchange or schedule a fitting/alteration.

Please note, in order to be eligible for an exchange, you are required to contact us regarding the same within 2 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange:

1. Contact us on labelrakhi.work@gmail.com or on +91 92664 32661 within 48 hours of receiving your order

2. If the reason for exchange proves valid, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note, all freight charges are to be covered by the customer unless mentioned otherwise. We do not accept any form of exchange/returns on custom orders.
